DS is a senior majoring in aeronautical engineering. He has struck out at career fairs for internships in the past and ended up working at some local engineering firms in our hometown the past two summers. The first big career fair was earlier this month and he only landed one interview. I'm wondering if maybe he should target internships again instead of a full job offer in the hopes he may be offered a position after the internship. I know some of my friend's kids have gone this route. He has an OK GPA, I think it must be how he interviews. Any advice on this tactic?
