Good SAT Math Scores for Biomedical Engineering?

I'm an HS student looking to get into a college's undergrad biomedical engineering program. At schools like Rutgers, UMass, RPI, BU, UConn, Binghamton, or University of Rochester, what would be an SAT Math score that would get me a good shot at getting in? For example, what scores would give me a 50/50 shot, 75, or 100 percent chance at some of these schools? Currently my practice SAT Math scores are about low 600s. (of course there is not actually a 100 percent chance but you get what I'm saying)
